Chicago
The windy city... Make sure you visit the Cheesecake Factory Restaurant at the bottom of the John Hancock Centre, take a boat trip on the lake, North Michigan Avenue for a spot of afternoon shopping.
Rome
Un bella paese che mi piache di piu nel tutto il mondo!!! So much to see, St Peter Square, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Colosseum. Don't forget to stop off for an espresso if you need a quick pick me up.
Lisbon
City of seven hills. Take a tour bus and visit Belem and taste the yummy 'pasteis de belem'. Other places to visit: Castle of Saint George (fantastic views over Lisbon), Belem Tower and also the grand Mosteiro dos Jeronimos.
Prague
Do you brink beer? If so, you will find it cheap in Prague. If you don't then you find lots of beautiful gothic architecture to look at while your boyfriend whiles away the time sat in the many bars and pubs in the city. There is much more to Prague then just bars and pubs though... make sure you visit the castle and wondering along the river...
Stockholm
Stockholm is probably my second favourite city that I have visited. I guess having family there makes me biased but at least this offer me rural lodgings near the forest and lakes. The old town 'Gamla Stan' is great for sauntering around on a sunny day up the narrow streets with many shops, boutiques and galleries.
